CtrlSpace are systems integrators. We engineer every layer of the smart home - electrical, networking, hardware, integration and automation - under one accountable team, so nothing falls through the gaps between trades.
But integration is only half the job. The rest is working out how your home should behave: what it ought to notice, what it should handle before you think to ask, and what it should never bother you with at all. That is the difference between a house full of smart devices and a home that genuinely works for you.
All your different brands, integrated into one centralised local hub - controlled harmoniously in a single app, with zero cloud reliance.
The possibilities are endless and the creativity is up to you - a home that truly knows your lifestyle.
A neutral wire is always recommended. Retrofitting with no neutral wire? No worries - we will wire it for you.
The backbone of your connected home. We plan your smart-home network so your foundations are strong.
CCTV installation? Door-access systems? Doorbell intercoms? No problem.
Track how much energy your home is consuming - and how much you could potentially save.
Google Home, Apple Siri, Amazon Alexa, or fully local Home Assistant Voice.
Own a Tesla EV? A Fusion Apex for your fish tank? Or just want to talk to your home on Telegram? Be prepared to be amazed at what we can do.
Offices that shut down automatically after hours, spas that set the ambience for customers, rental apartments that track energy and cap AC usage - all possible.
Everything starts with a conversation - on site, over coffee, or on a video call, whichever suits you. We walk through your lifestyle and your floor plan: who lives here, how each room is actually used, what already frustrates you, and what you would like the house to take off your hands. We look at the devices you own and what your renovation allows. By the end we are not discussing products, we are describing how your home should behave - and that becomes the design.

Your vision becomes an engineered plan. Room by room: which devices, which protocols, where the hub lives, how the network carries it, and which automations run the day. Every device is checked for compatibility before it reaches your quotation, so there are no surprises on install day. You receive the plan alongside a transparent, itemised quotation covering hardware, electrical works, integration and programming - nothing bundled, nothing hidden.

Smart homes usually fail in the gaps between trades. We coordinate directly with your interior designer, contractor and licensed electrician - sharing lighting drawings, switch positions, neutral-wire requirements and network points before anyone starts cutting. Our works are sequenced around your renovation schedule so nothing has to be done twice, and we are on site at the moments that matter. One point of accountability, so you are never translating between trades.

This is where it comes together. We install and commission the hardware, build the Home Assistant system, and bring every brand into a single local platform. Then we write the automations, design the dashboards your household will actually use, and test the lot - device by device, scene by scene, room by room. The system runs through a settling-in period and gets tuned before you rely on it, because the first week is when rough edges show.

We walk your whole household through the finished system in your own home - phone, wall panel, voice and physical controls - until everyone can use it, not just whoever is most technical. You receive full administrative access, documentation of what was installed and how it fits together, and your own credentials. The system is yours outright: no vendor lock-in, no account we hold over you, nothing that stops working if we do.

Homes change. You add devices, rooms get repurposed, and manufacturers occasionally change something under you. Remote support is free for as long as you own the system, so most issues are diagnosed and resolved without anyone visiting. Where hardware is at fault we handle the warranty, and when you want to expand later the platform is built to take it.
That is exactly what the design session is for. Bring your floor plan, your frustrations and your wish list - we will work out what your home actually needs, show you a live system so you can see what is possible, and hand you a costed plan. One to two hours, completely free, and the plan is yours to keep whether or not you build it with us.
