What stays the same in every property

The platform does not change. Every CtrlSpace build runs Home Assistant on hardware installed in the property, talks to devices locally wherever the device allows it, keeps working through an internet outage, and is handed over with full administrative access and no subscription.

What changes is the physical work: whether there is a neutral wire at the switch, how far radio has to travel, whether an MCST has an opinion, and how much of the job has to happen outside operating hours. That is why these four pages exist rather than one.
