Why we use Kaadas

Can my existing Kaadas lock join my smart home?

Often to a limited extent, through the vendor cloud - lock and unlock, and sometimes battery level. Detailed events and reliable real-time state usually are not available. If a Zigbee variant of your model exists, it is worth asking about.

Should I replace a Kaadas lock to get better integration?

Rarely. A working lock that fits your door is worth more than a marginally better integration. We would spend that money on sensors and lighting first.
