Is Dahua a good camera brand?

The hardware is good and the optics are competitive. The reservation is the firmware security record and the procurement restrictions that followed it, which is why any deployment we do is isolated from the internet.

What does isolating a camera actually mean?

The cameras sit on their own network segment with no route to the internet and no route to your computers. They talk only to the recorder. Nothing can reach them from outside and they can send nothing out.
